- Étalez la pâte au rouleau à pâtissier, sur un papier cuisson puis transvasez-la vers un moule à quiche (25 cm), enfoncez les bords, égalisez-les et piquez le fond avec de la fourchette. Versez par-dessus la marinade, mettez du fromage râpé sur la face puis enfournez à 140°C pendant 45 min à 1h de suite. Laissez refroidir pour découper en tranche, parsemez avec du persil fraîche.
