Couper un oignon mince et le mettre dans la poêle avec de l’huile sur le feu doux le laisser cuire 5 minutes, puis mettre la blanc de poulet coupée en cubes sur l'oignon dans la poêle et laissez encore 3 minutes, puis mettre les épices, poivron rouge, tomates et feuille de laurier et l l'ail laisser cuire avec des morceaux de chou chou-fleur qui cuit dans l’eau, le sel et le jus un demi-citron pendant 10mn et réserver.

La pâte a quiches magique :250 g de farine _ 100ml de l'huile _100ml d'eau _ cuillère à café de levure de bière _ sel (Mélanger tous les ingrédients dans un bol fermé jusqu’à ce que nous obtenions une pâte homogène)sans pétrir la pâte.après On le met sur des moules à tarte et on le perce avec une fourchette on met la souce de brocoli verts
  3. Mélanger les ingrédients de l'appareil à quiches et la mettre sur mélange de brocoli verts au sauce rouge avec le blanc de poulet
  4. L ajouter le fromage râpé et le mettre au four pour le faire dorer et servez avec un salade composée et les tranche de citron.
