  12. Mettre à cuire dans un four ventilé, préchauffé à 180°C pendant 35 à 40 minutes.
  13. À la fin de la cuisson, sortir la plaque du four, la déposer sur le plan de travail et la laisser refroidir à température ambiante.
  14. À déguster chaude ou froide accompagnée d'une bonne salade craquante.
