- 2 œufs
- 350 ml lait
- 300 g farine
- 2 sachet de levure chimique
- 1 pincée de sel

- Pour la cuisson c’est tout simple, on prend une poêle qui n’accroche pas ou sinon on dépose un tout mini bout de beurre au fond. Et on fait cuire à feux doux (pour ma part je règle ma plaque sur 7 donc 1 au dessus de feu doux). Sans couvercle et on retourne nos pancakes quand ils font des bulles d’airs sur le dessus.
