- Preparation de l'Appareil : Dans un Grand Bol casser 3 ŒUFS et les battre - Ajouter de la NOIX DE MUSCADE en poudre, POIVRER, SALER légèrement puis mélanger - Ajouter les 250g de CRÈME FRAÎCHE - Mélanger jusqu'à obtenir un ensemble homogène

- Cuisson des quiches : Placer les QUICHES au Four préchauffé à 180°C pendant 40 min
- Preparation de la Salade : Rinser une LAITUE puis l'essorer - Couper la LAITUE et la mettre dans un Plat à Salade - Couper les 3 CEBETTES en fines tranches et les Rajouter à la Salade - Ajouter 4 cuillères à soupe de VINAIGRETTE - Mélanger le tout
- Dressage : Disposer la SALADE d'un coté de l'Assiette - Demouler 1 à 2 Tartelettes et disposer les QUICHES de l'autre côté de l'Assiette
