  6. Dans un récipient cassez les oeufs, salez, poivrez à votre convenance. Et battez fortement. Si vous le souhaitez, ajoutez peu de crème fraîche. Ici je n'en ai pas mis.
  7. Repartissez la préparation dans les fonds avec les allumettes recouvrer au moins les allumettes. Et ajoutez l'emmental.
  8. Enfournez et laissez cuire le tout jusqu'à ce que l'emmental est doré. Si comme moi il y a un côté qui cuit un peu plus vite que l'autre n'hésitez pas à tourner la plaque.
  9. Sortez les du fours et laissez refroidir un peu de dégustez chaud, tiède ou froid. Personnellement j'en garde toujours pour le lendemain en encas rapide.
